ITChef

Obakeng Kubatsi popularly as ITChef is a qualified IT specialist and young enterpreneur who is running his own businesses. His cooking and management love began when he was in high school. As a scout camp organiser, he took charge of filling grumbling young bellies and quickly became known as "Catering". His dedication and love has seen his taking raw products and turning them into fine culinary dishes. He received trainig with SA Chefs and HTA School of Culinary Art. His career began as a personal chef and he continues to prepare weekly meals for his clients. He participated in different culinary functions and also represents SA Chef at Metro FM, while advocating the need and importance of EDP Program. His love is in creating new entries, especially dishes and exquisite desserts. ITChef always encourages his collegues to improve their skills every day.
